What is the top pastry/baking school? (college)?
Please tell me the name or website
the best in the world !!!!!!!!!!!
like harvard is the best law school
The top pastry/baking school is in my opinion, the Pastry program you can take at the CIA, Culinary Institue of America.
All the Le Cordon Bleu culinary schools have a Pastry program.
The Le Cordon Bleu schools are located all over the country There are some outside the U.S as well.
Honestly, it doesn’t make too much difference what school you go to. The most important thing is to remember you get out of it what you put in to it. Sure, getting into the top school, or one of the top schools will probably help, but eventually, it comes down to your work and what you do.
I graduated the Le Cordon Bleu Program in Scottsdale, AZ, so I know of what I speak. I have worked with chefs who have gone to similar programs, some who graduated from the CIA. Did it make a difference in their work, that I can’t say with a great deal of certainty. However, one chef I worked with from the CIA had a bad work ethic and seemed to have a attitude that he was entitled to everything because he went there. I was never impressed with anything he did.
Good luck with your search.
