Are there any benefits to learning with computers over writing?
I work as a tutor at a college and the older people like to hate on us young folks and our technology. This question is directed at the claim that computers do not provide the same tactile learning experience that actually writing with a pen and pad does. This seems reasonable, but I wonder, do computers offer students any benefit aside from ease of information available? Is there any reason a student should use a computer versus writing?
