I have a problem……………….HELP?
I’m an EXTREMELY angry and jealous person………………..when I see someone who is successful (women, careers, education) I get angry and than jealous. I feel paranoid when I’m successful (education, career, women). Like if I get an A in a class, I feel like people want to attack me for my successes. HELP. What do I do? Any tips or advice? Have you guys been through this?
its completely normal to become jealous/angry if someone is successful and you want to be in their place. if its getting to the point where youre flipping out over something then you should contact a mental help physician or a therapist. if you see someone youre jealous of instead of getting angry their successful, think of what tips they used to get them where they are today and use that to help you. its alot more helpful then useless anger
